Your inner critic is there. Always there, living with you under your skin. Even when you accomplish something big, you’re still ‘OK’ but not ‘great’ and probably you can do better next time.
I believe that we all have this inner critic, telling us that we are not as smart as Joe or as pretty as Evelyn. Trying to convince us that we don’t have the same salary as Mike or our clothes are less expensive than that guy’s who walked right by us. If we agree, we’ll then buy a more expensive car, get a higher paying job, trying to convince ourselves that the problem does not come from within.
