We all know that writing a journal is not only reserved for teenagers and writers. Our mental health will benefit if we reserve few minutes a day to writing down our deepest feelings and thoughts.
During my therapy for panic attacks, I was encouraged to write everything down. My therapist knew I was a writer trying to do this full-time and she knew I’d benefit from keeping a diary. What I didn’t know back then is that keeping a journal of your daily thoughts and feelings can have tremendous impact on anyone’s life.
