Few days ago, I’ve experienced some anxiety symptoms that brought up familiar feelings from the past: skin sensitivity, itching, dizziness and difficulty in breathing. That’s when I fell back into the old thoughts: something must be wrong with my body, maybe I’m sick. It turned out it was just my anxiety playing tricks again. These anxiety symptoms were triggered by an event I went through that I couldn’t shake of.
